Chamber Furnaces

Tube Furnaces

For heating metal or technical ceramic samples in air, an inert atmosphere or under high vacuum, at a controlled and uniform temperature, or ramping up through a temperature profile, from 600°C to a maximum of 1800°C. We have a range of horizontal, vertical and split tube furnaces, one of which will suit your needs.

Ovens

For heating many types of metal, technical ceramic, or electronic components in air, at a controlled and uniform temperature, or ramping up through a temperature profile, from 50°C to a maximum of 600°C, with chamber volumes from 30 to 200 litres.  We have a wide range of ovens, one of which will suit your needs.

Custom Built Equipment

If we're unable to meet your requirements from our standard ranges, we can design special, one off, or custom built furnaces and ovens for laboratory or pilot scale production, based on your specific requirements. These include clean room furnaces, debinding furnaces, crystal growth furnaces, top hat furnaces, elevator hearth furnaces, large chamber furnaces, tensile test furnaces, elevator hearth furnaces and rotating tube furnaces.

The range of laboratory furnaces and ovens includes chamber/box & tube furnaces to 1800°C, ovens to 300°C, high temperature ovens at 400°C, 500°C & 600°C & incubators to 80°C. Included in the tube furnace range are horizontal, split, rotating & multi-zone models. Standard laboratory chamber/box furnace capacities range from 4 to 45 litres.

Specialist models are included in the furnace range for ashing applications and processes requiring treatment under modified atmospheres, for example nanotube research. We also offer a design & manufacture facility - providing custom built solutions to meet individual requirements for both special laboratory and industrial furnaces and ovens. These include clean room furnaces, debinding furnaces, crystal growth furnaces, top hat furnaces, elevator hearth furnaces, large chamber furnaces, tensile test furnaces, elevator hearth furnaces and rotating tube furnaces.
