• Multiple module split tube furnace with (three module) centre zone capable of 1500°C, and top and bottom zones (each of two modules) capable of 1200°C; ensures a maximum continuous temperature of 1400°C in the centre zone, housed in a single split vertical casing
• Capable of accepting a 75mm diameter product
• Element type: center zone: 3 x Kanthal "Superthal" SHC modules with integral molydbenum disilicide heating element
• Element type: end zones: spiral wire elements vacuum formed into low thermal mass ceramic fibre insulation
• Each zone has dual display PID temperature controller/programmer with 8 segments (type Eurotherm 2416CG) with RS422 & 485 communication protocol
• Type R thermocouple
• 415-240 volts three phase, 4 wire and earth, 20amps per phase, 13kW
