Horizontal tube furnace with quartz viewing windows
- Based on a standard Lenton LTF14/180 tube furnace this version has been specially modified to feature quartz glass viewing windows
- Integral vertical or horizontal mounting stand and remote control box
- Heated length 180mm, furnace bore 38mm
- Maximum temperature 1400°C, maximum continuous operating temperature 1300°C
- Element type: silicon carbide rods mounted parallel to the worktube
- Insulation: vacuum formed low thermal mass ceramic fibre
- Dual display PID temperature controller (type Eurotherm 3216CC)
- Type R thermocouple
- 220-240 volts single phase, 1.1kW
